Talk to usWhat does "answered within 24 hours" actually mean?
You post a question to your board and an expert replies in writing, in full, within one business day — usually sooner. It is deliberately not a live chat: answers are considered, they reference your real numbers, and they stay written down so you can come back to them. That is also why it costs a fraction of an advisor on retainer.
What's the difference between Solo and Advisory?
The software is identical. Advisory adds a person: an expert who works inside your account, sees your real numbers, and answers your questions in writing. Solo is for people who would rather work through it themselves.
Why is expert time priced below market?
Most of what an outside advisor bills for is getting to the numbers: collecting statements, cleaning up the books, and rebuilding a model before any advice starts. Your numbers already live in the platform, so Joao's time goes to judgment instead. Advisory spots are capped, so a 24-hour reply stays a promise we can keep. At market rates, $499 gets you less than two hours with an advisor. Here, your first month gets you a 1-hour walkthrough plus a month's worth of questions answered. When does Partner make sense over Advisory?
When you want the work done with you rather than reviewed after. Advisory answers your questions in writing; Partner puts an advisor in a working session with you every week and builds and maintains the statements and the model alongside you. This makes the most sense when you're preparing to apply for a loan, raise money, or take on a big risk and need expert support. The hours — and so the price — are agreed with you up front.
Can I book a call without subscribing to Advisory?
Yes. Sessions are $99 for 30 minutes or $198 for an hour, at the same price on any paid plan. Many people start there.
Is a session risky if I've never worked with you?
The first session you book is guaranteed. If it doesn't deliver value, tell us within 7 days and we'll refund it — once per customer, on the first session you attend. Many people start with a $99 half-hour before deciding about Advisory.
Is there a free version?
Yes, and it isn't a trial. Freedom Number is free forever. In Blueprint, setting your target, designing the business, planning the investment, funding it and building the 24-month curves are all free — the detailed Build results need a plan. In Playbook, the full intake, the financials walkthrough and your scorecard are free, plus one custom play. Everything you build carries over when you upgrade.
Can I switch plans later?
Between Solo and Advisory, anytime and in either direction, from your subscription settings — an upgrade applies immediately and is prorated, a downgrade takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Partner is arranged with us directly. Everything you have built carries over either way.
Does my expert see my financial data?
Yes — that is the point. They work inside your account on your real numbers, which is what makes the advice specific rather than generic. You can see exactly who has access from your account settings, and revoke it at any time.
